Do I need to log in to place an order?
Yes, you need to be registered and logged in with us to place orders. You can do so by simply providing us with your email id and contact number.
Can I cancel my orders? How?
You can cancel your orders before we have shipped them. To cancel an order, go to the My Orders page and press the Cancel button against the respective order.
What shipping methods do you provide?
We ship your products safely with the help of our trusted shipping partners. They help us pick up your order from our warehouse and deliver the package with care at your doorstep.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Post shipping, it should take 3-4 days for our delivery partners to bring your order to you. However, we do not take more than 10 days to deliver in the case of unavoidable delays.
What is your return policy?

My transaction failed, but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
In the case of transaction-related failures, the sum is reimbursed automatically and should reflect in your account in 2-3 days.

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) was developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NCPI), which is an RBI regulated body. UPI allows you to transfer money to bank accounts immediately. We assure you that it is safe to use the UPI option with us.
