Return Policy

Our Return Policy is listed below; please read the statement carefully to avoid issues regarding the same.

We offer the option of a replacement, exchange, and refund to you under specified conditions.

If you face any obstacles with the product, you will have the option to use this Return Policy.

All goods classified under a given category may not pertain to the same Returns Policy. Please refer to the individual products’ specific applicable return policy on their product page.

This Return Policy protects you against all ‘defective,’ ‘damaged,’ and ‘not as described’ goods – for both brand new and refurbished ones.

We allow you a window of 15 days to opt for a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the given product.

Note: The product page’s Return Policy shall prevail over the general returns policy for all products.

Size exchange will be possible under the “Lifestyle” section, i.e., Clothing, Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Fashion Accessories.

The exchange and replacement will be subject to the availability of the stock.

No Return Categories- Some items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances due to their nature or other specified reasons on the product page.

Our approved employees may troubleshoot the said product over the phone, online tools, and through an in-person technical visit to help you solve problems with the product.

The product(s) will be reviewed during pick-up for the following conditions:

  • Correct Product: We will match the IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number.
  • Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories like remote control, instruction manuals, starter kits, chargers, adapters, headphones, etc., as applicable, freebies, and combos (if any) must be placed in the package.
  • Unused Product: It goes without saying that the product(s) should be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, without any stains or scratches, and with non-tampered quality check seals, return tags, warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a mobile, laptop, tablet, the device should be formatted, and screen lock (pattern, pin, or fingerprint) must be disabled.
  • Undamaged Product: The product, including SIM trays, charging port, headphone port, etc., should be intact and without scratches, dents, tears, etc.
  • Undamaged Packaging: The product’s original packaging, the box should be intact.

The damage conditions for the renewed/refurbished product(s) must be as specified on the product page.

The field executive will decline to accept a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any product(s) for which a refund is given, the refund will be processed once we have accepted the returned product. It may take 5-7 business days to process a refund.
